Tier structure significantly revised. New Prototype entry tier ($500) open to any new customer with min $25K seed funding and under 10 years old. Build tier ($2.5K-$5K) requires partner referral. Scale tier ($10K for <$1M raised, $25K for $1M+) requires funding from enrolled institutional VC. AI tier ($100K) requires $2.5M+ from enrolled institutional VC. All credits valid 1 year from approval. Previous record's Build $5K / Scale $25K / AI $100K with $1M/$2.5M thresholds no longer reflect the full tier structure.
