Fuego Labs builds products that make people say WTF. The studio operates as the parent entity for a portfolio that today includes Graphyn (AI orchestration) and Prodaktiv (focus hardware), with adjacent surfaces like Build Fridays for community programming.

The thesis: every technological revolution has its orchestration moment — the internet had TCP/IP, the web had HTTP, blockchain had consensus protocols. The age of AI agents lacks the fundamental layer that lets them work together at scale. Fuego is building toward that missing piece, where solo developers, research teams, and global enterprises can orchestrate entire armies of AI specialists with natural language.

The near-term work is Phase 1: install in 30 seconds, describe any complex task, watch specialized agents collaborate. Software development is the beachhead, but the framework handles any domain requiring multi-agent coordination. Phase 2 introduces shared institutional intelligence; Phase 3 introduces incentive networks for millions of agents to coordinate without central control.
