Looking for an EIR alongside Resat
Fuego Labs is requesting an Entrepreneur in Residence to operate the experiments pipeline end to end (scientists, sponsors, scoring, shipped artifacts) while shipping alongside Graphyn (desktop client capturing AI coding sessions into deployable agents) and Prodaktiv (focus hardware that physically locks the phone). The work is concrete, not advisory: holding the COMPOUND tempo so live build streams, newsletter sends, and Build Fridays cadence all stay on schedule while three product lines move in parallel.
The role assumes the lesson of having founded a company is already learned — failed exit, successful exit, acquihire, quiet wind-down, currently between things — all fine; what matters is that you have already carried the founder load end to end. The 996 schedule (9am-9pm, six days a week) is intentional and non-negotiable; it is how the operator already works, not something the role is selling. The residency is the bridge between the last company and the next, with a 6-12 month horizon to either spin out a new venture from the experiments pipeline or step deeper into one of the existing product lines.

Compensation
Equity-heavy with modest cash. The real upside is the next venture you spin out or step into during the residency, not the EIR salary itself. Cash covers living costs in Istanbul; equity is structured around what you build, not what you sit through. Specific ranges and equity grant size are discussed in the first conversation — if the equity-vs-cash mix doesn't fit your situation, that's a useful signal early rather than a problem later.
