Claude Code leaked. Axios got hacked. I kept building.
I locked myself in a room to build this. Yesterday I spent 8 hours burning through 100M+ tokens running subagents to push Graphyn forward, a desktop app that turns AI conversations into reusable agents. From the outside, that sounds like leverage. From the inside, it felt a lot messier. 14 active agents across architecture, design, research, and strategy. 1,500+ messages. Constant output. Constant motion. And underneath all of it, one question: is this making the work clearer, or am I just getting buried by it? At the same time, the ecosystem itself was wobbling. Claude Code leaked on npm. Axios got hit with a RAT. Everything felt unstable, like the ground under these tools could shift at any moment. That’s why I’m streaming again. Not to act like I have this figured out. Not to turn confusion into a performance. Not to sell the idea that more agents automatically means more understanding. Because I don’t think that’s true. I think a lot of people who code are feeling the same thing right now. The tools keep getting faster. The promises keep getting louder. But your brain is still your brain. You still have to decide what matters, what to trust, and what deserves your attention. 32 people watched the last stream. That may not sound like much, but it felt real to me. And when the stream ended, the hard part was still there waiting: sit with the noise long enough to find the signal. So I’m back in the room. This session is me building Graphyn live and trying to understand, in real time, what survives contact with reality and what falls apart. If coding has felt harder lately, not because you’re worse, but because everything around you got louder. You’ll probably understand this stream. No fake certainty. No polished story after the fact. Just the work, as it is. 8–10 hours. AI radio in the background. Come work with me.
