GitHub changed Copilot plans. Graphyn gets pitch-ready.
GitHub changed Copilot Individual plans today.
That is a small reminder that the tools everyone is building on are still moving under our feet.
That matters more when you are close.
If the product is supposed to stand on its own, it cannot depend on borrowed certainty.
It has to survive the real machine, the real install path, the real wake from sleep state, the real
first launch.
So tonight is all in on Graphyn.
Not in theory.
In the boring places where products either become real or keep pretending.
The receipts today were heavy.
139 merged events across 6 Claude Code sessions, 2 Codex sessions, and Letta.
Most of the pressure was the same pressure from different angles.
Show the as is.
Show the to be.
Show the filetree.
Show the dependency order.
Show what actually has to happen for the prototype to become the product.
At the same time, tomorrow is not abstract either.
I am preparing a pitch for the Claude for Developers meetup at Komünite.
That means the product and the story have to meet in the same room.
If the pitch says more than the product can carry, it is wrong.
If the product is real but the story is fuzzy, that is also wrong.
So this is a short two hour stream.
Part shipping pass.
Part pitch pass.
One room for making Graphyn legible enough to use and honest enough to talk about tomorrow.
Backbone endgame.
Terminal and initialization flow.
Resiliency after sleep.
What still is not wired.
What can be shown without faking anything.
If you are building with AI and you are tired of the gap between the demo and the real product, you probably know this feeling.
AI radio in the background.
Quiet room.
Back to Graphyn.
